Olympus OM-D E-M1

The OM-D E-M1 was Olympus' second DSLR-like mirrorless camera, with a built-in EVF and DSLR-style controls in a slightly larger package than the original E-M5. It was not an update of the E-M5, but added more features and performance.

  • Video: 1080P/30, 720P/30, 480P/30 MOV file (MPEG-4AVC/H.264) or for 720P also AVI Motion JPEG file,  stereo 48kHz sampled 16-bit PCM audio, 20Mbit/s max bitrate
  • Shutter: mechanical 60 sec to 1/8000 sec, bulb (+1 to 30 minute settings)
  • Exposure: matrix, center-weighted, spot metering, -5 to +5EV exposure compensation, 7 white balance settings (plus Preset K's, Auto and Custom), ISO 200-25,600, plus LOW, AUTO ISO
  • Focus: 37 Phase detect AF targets on sensor, plus 800 point, 35 area contrast detect, single point, multi-area, face detect, tracking, manual focus override, focus peaking
  • Display: 3" 1.037m dot tilt touchscreen LCD, 2.36m VF-4 EVF (.74x magnification, 18mm eyepoint, -4 to +1 diopter correction) 
  • Flash: included FL-LM2 flash (7GN m@100 ISO), hot shoe, 1/320 flash sync (also Super FP to 1/8000), red-eye reduction, slow sync, rear sync, three-level manual, PC sync socket
  • Remote: optional RM-UC1
  • Other Notable Features: WiFi, optional accessory slot, interval timer, HDR mode, dust proof/drip proof
