This E-PL3 image shows that you don't really have to be afraid of the dark, you just have to learn how to use the camera in the dark. Other than cropping and a tiny bit of contrast tweaking around the moon, I haven't really done anything to this raw file. (FYI, getting a moon and a night object in the same shot is pretty difficult. Moon exposures typically are f/11 at 1/ISO, but it's rare you can find something lit well enough to hold against that. Even the Eifel Tower here wouldn't have held up against the brightness of the moon if it weren't for the Halloween like clouds drifting in front of the moon.)
